Rule 68
Cost estimates should be updated
(1) In case of non-purchase according to the approved cost estimate, the local body shall follow the procedure of this regulation and update such cost estimate every financial year.
(2) Without updating the cost estimate in accordance with this rule, it is not allowed to issue a sealed price list, call for bids or ask for a proposal for consulting services.
